SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy: All orders ship weekdays within 2 business days unless stated. Holidays and weekends are excluded.  Once the package has left our office and has been received by the post office.A tracking number will be emailed or text to you. If your package is returned to us the customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the package re-shipped.

 

Stallion House offers store credit only

No exchanges or Refunds.

Orders can not be modified or cancelled once they are processed.

 

PLEASE ENTER YOUR CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. IF ADDRESS IS ENTER INCORRECTLY PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS TO UPDATE CORRECT ADDRESS. After the package is shipped we are not responsible for incorrect address deliveries. We will ship packages to the address provided to us. 

 

Stallion House is not responsible for any unclaimed packages, delays with US Postal Service or UPS Shipping, lost, wrong address, damaged, or marked delivered items. File a claim with the carrier.
